Intellectual Property

Custom software architectures delivered under contract transfer 100% intellectual property ownership to the client upon full milestone settlement.

Software Licenses

Standard software packages (e.g. BCITZONE Medi, BCITZONE POS) are licensed according to their specific perpetual or subscription agreements.

Support & SLA

Engineering support is governed by respective project service level agreements (SLAs).

1. System latency and throughput benchmarks are based on BCITZONE v3.0 core distributed engine benchmarks compared to standard monolithic legacy stacks. Real-world execution speeds may vary based on deployment geography, database volume, and network configurations.

2. Bespoke software engineering and intellectual property transfer terms are governed under signed enterprise Master Services Agreements (MSA). 100% source ownership applies upon final delivery acceptance.

3. Dedicated 24/7 SLA response times are guaranteed for Tier-1 Enterprise Support contracts.
