Milestone Deliverables

Before kickoff, a comprehensive Software Requirement Specification (SRS) is approved. Payments for completed and verified milestones are non-refundable once approved by the client.

Software Licenses

Digital license activations and customized source deployments are non-refundable once delivered.

1. System latency and throughput benchmarks are based on BCITZONE v3.0 core distributed engine benchmarks compared to standard monolithic legacy stacks. Real-world execution speeds may vary based on deployment geography, database volume, and network configurations.

2. Bespoke software engineering and intellectual property transfer terms are governed under signed enterprise Master Services Agreements (MSA). 100% source ownership applies upon final delivery acceptance.

3. Dedicated 24/7 SLA response times are guaranteed for Tier-1 Enterprise Support contracts.
